ironman louisville 2010

Justin recently competed in and, more importantly, completed one of the most challenging physical feats imaginable, the Ironman triathlon. He had 16:59:59 to swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run 26.2 miles. Take a look at the video below to witness Justin in one of his proudest moments...with 30 minutes and 12 seconds to spare!

Week 2

8 days old: 8 lbs. 4 oz.

Hamilton weighed 7 lbs. 5.8 oz. when we left the hospital. In 6 days, he put on 11 ounces!

















At his 2-week checkup, Hamilton weighed 8 lbs. 13 oz.










Foster has not left Hamilton's side since we came home from the hospital.

Week 1

This onesie screams, "I want to be formal, but I'm here to party."

Hamilton's favorite place to nap is on the "Brest Friend" nursing pillow.










His second favorite spot to sleep is the "newborn napper" in the Pack N Play.







Hamilton is very alert and staying awake for longer periods of time now.

Happy Birthday, Hamilton!

Justin met me and my mom in the hospital parking lot after a 104-mile bike ride. Talk about perfect timing!









4:30pm - 3cm dilated and 100% effaced

7pm - Dr. Nusz broke my water.

8pm - Epidural!

11:30pm - 10cm

11:45pm - Ready to push...



12:42am - Welcome to the world, Hamilton Roberts!
